Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin announced recently her idea of changing the way politicians move around in the capitol. "When I was Mayor I instituted this change and it worked out well" she said.

"The cost of the new program will be offset by the sale of t-shirts and a huge bake sale. This always worked in our Hockey Leagues back home" she was reported as saying.
The photo below was taken during a trial run of the new "vehicles". The dogs will serve double duty. When not pulling a sled they will be used as police dogs by the D.C. police.
